I moved down to this area from out of town 4 months ago in a rush and made the dumb decision of not doing all my research first; if I could do it over I would never live here. The people who live in this community do not understand what common courtesy means. Loud music at all times of day, loitering making residents feel extremely uncomfortable, people arguing on my landing, it's ridiculous. This is not even mentioning the fact that someone got a miniature motorcycle for one of their kids, which a group of adults ride around all the time. It's so loud I can't keep my windows open. The apartment itself is not bad, we have fairly new carpeting and though there was a roach problem when we first moved in, to my horror and dismay, we were able to quickly fix the problem ourselves. The management/ maintenance people are not too friendly, but that's okay for me, as I try to speak with them as little as possible. There is one small trash compactor for the entire neighborhood which is constantly overflowing and there are always feral cats around it, kind of gross. Have seen police cars here on many occassions, something tells me they're not here for fun. Overall, this place is not home, nor could it ever be.

Maybe you should check the office and see that new Management has taken over. Things are changing you stupid ass idiot!

MANAGEMENT sucks soo bad they constantly changing the people. Keep up the good work residents.
