Seminole Pointe Apartment Community has many great things to offer. There are apartments available with terrific floorplan/layouts at very reasonable rates.
The office staff is professional, courteous, and receptive to courtesy. The maintenance staff are punctual with regard to response time for service requests.
For the money and quality, Seminole Pointe is a great bet for anyone looking for an apartment home.
As for the negative comments from the various writers' assessments and/or opinions, my suggestion to each and every individual -- stop wasting your time with poorly written synopses that are inaccurate and unfounded and get yourselves enrolled in a higher education curriculum. Ignorance and illiteracy is most unattractive and will get you absolutely nowhere in life.

Sounds like management trying to clean up it's act. They would be wiser to "Listen without being defensive" ... and resolve complaints diplomatically to retain long-term residents! Hmmm ... haven't been there, but am crossing it off my list of potentials. Thanks to the real residents for posting the warning. Management take notice ... those of us with "higher education" can read between the lines to find the truth!

I do not plan on moving here-seems to me like there is too much drama or lack of btwn management & tenants. I feel it is the managements responsibility to keep their community happy-

We all know a staff member wrote that "annoymous" review...it's sad though---they only proved JUST what the office staff thinks of the renters. If this is what comes out of mouths...what are NOT saying about this dump???
