I lived here from Jan04 to Jan05, and the apartment itself was almost worth the value...New appliances, cabinets, carpet etc. BUT the staff was horribly rude all of the time, the neighborhood has definite drug dealers & is becoming quite slum-like, plus you can clearly hear your neighbors "go at it" (not to mention kids screaming and couples fighting) & BEWARE because maintenence comes in whenever it suits them, and I swear they steal things. In the year or so I lived there, panties, bras, shorts, shirts...Everything clothing-wise would disappear into thin air. At the end of the lease, I asked the office to do a walkthru on 3 different days, whenever they could that day, but each time they stated they were too busy. So I left without doing a walkthrough with them. BIG MISTAKE. I get a certified letter about 45 days later saying I owe this POS concorde management $3200 dollars. Little did they know before I left, I took pictures of each and every room, so when they tried to go after me, they couldn't, and I only ended up losing my security deposit b/c I didn't give them 60 days notice before moving out. (actually I did, but couldn't prove that I did, so they got me there, JERKS) So, my advice is, don't expect anything but a decent apartment with awful staff who is always willing to EFF you over whenever they can.

The only way you could have left owing this kind of money is if your a dirt bag and skipped! Glad your gone!

Wa wa wa wa wa...you are crying like a little girl..you guys are hilarious. It's so funny how you did give notice, but they just wanted to screw you over so bad that they lost the notice you gave. Yeah ok
