The following is just 1 of the many letters sent to Seminole Pointe's office. I am a resident and have regreted that decision since day 1. If you're a hard working family that is looking for a nice, safe place to live, then stay as far away from Seminole Pointe as you can.

Dear Seminole Pointe,

I??m writing to report an incident that happened yesterday in my family??s building.

We attempted to reach the courtesy officer, however, we were unable to leave a message as the mailbox was full.

Our 11 year old son came home to find a bag of marijuana in front of our door, obviously dropped by the drug dealers that live in our building. Over the weekend a new family moved into apartment 106, an apartment which already houses 6 to 7 people, making it 10 people!

The party was just beginning to get started as we confronted a group of these people smoking a blunt and drinking, of course denying that they were involved in any way, although it was obvious they were lying. Continually there are drug deals being made in the parking lot, and without security anywhere in sight, the problem keeps getting worse. Calling the police is to no avail, as it would take them too long to respond and catch anyone in the act.

What is it going to take before Concord Management does something to about the horrible living conditions that persist in this community' Who is to blame when a child gets shot, or one of these drug dealers decide to retailiate against tenants like us who simply want to have a decent place to live, DRUG FREE just like PAGE 1 of the Concord Resident Handbook states: ??Concord Management Ltd. Communitites pride themselves on being Drug Free!?? Is that some kind of bad joke'

I humbly request that for the safety of my children, and your residents that SOMETHING, anything be done to improve this community!

Hey dummy, when you buy a fence at Lowes's and someone writes on it, do you yell at Lowes? When you buy food at Publix, do they come a cook for you? Stop whinning and start a neighborhood watch! Management rents apartments, they are not DEA, they are not SECURITY, they lease apartments stupid. If I could find one person or thing to blame drug use in this country on it sure as hell wouldn't be a building!!!!

I live at Seminole Pontie and I agree with tricountyrenter when you have a problem like this yes you need to contact the office but you also need to contact the police the office is not open at all hours and they are not there to patrol around the clock so when you have a problem like parties and drug dealers hanging around you need to call the police and if you don't you will contiune to live around people like this. Drug dealers get caught and go to jail and people that like to throw big parties get throw out. I also want to add that I love living here and yes at times your neighbor may have a party but that is when I call the police and let the office know that I have had a problem and guess what they solve it maybe not as quick as I would like but you know they have rules they have to go by as well.

not me I am out of this ---- hole and managers can do what they like, I going back to Orlando. Drugs, YES, COPS, don't even want to come in here...
