Since this apartment has income restrictions allowing them to rent at a lower market value, anyone planning to live here is going to get what they pay for. Yes, the office staff is at times horrible and at times ok. Yes, there are kids running rampant all over the place, trying to enter other people's apartments (that is what the lock on the door is for), screaming in the hallways and trying to beat up other kids. Yes, the soundproofing between apartments sucks. Amazingly the soundproofing WITHIN the apartment is great, if I have my bedroom door closed, I can barely hear my son crying in our 4 bdr apartment. There are strict rules you have to follow. They increase the rent with little or no notice claiming that the notice is within the lease. But it all boils down to this, housing is not cheap and even if you could afford a high priced apartment community, you will still have to deal with most or all of the above issues. If you want a cheap apartment and you dont mind having to deal with all of the above, then look into Seminole Pointe. If you cant handle it, then move on.

I agree on some pointes.llike the part with if you want to pay cheap rent deal with it, but not much else..Please tell me what Bentley at Timacuan has in their walls for their neighbors not to have heard the murder that was taking place, about amonth ago, in their LUXURY SUITES that cost about $1200 a month. I want to know. Also If you want your monthly payment to stay the same then get a mortgage or go on section 8, no matter where you go they are going to increase.
