The staff is always polite when you have an issue. I do get concerned regarding the area sometimes. However this is a gated community and that helps. Although the gate is broken more often than I would like I still appreciate when I see the guys working on it. At least I know they are trying. My building is good, but there are some thugs around. It is still better than living in Orlando. If you like moderate prices and relative peace and quiet then Seminole Pointe is a good choice. I would say above average when compared to other apartments around this area.
