Not bad, considering it's low income housing

I'm a professional caucasion female. Lived here 2 years. The grounds is extremely well kept. Besides noise issues such as blasting stereos & car alarms, there have been a few issues of parking lot domestic violence. It's been entertaining to say the least. There is undercover security on grounds every night. I've felt relatively safe, and overall, satisfied with my stay.
