Wow I am reading these reviews and I am worried...I have been living here at Seminole Point now, for almost 4 months, and I haven't hade a problem yet, but what everyone says worries me. I live here with my daughter and I am in the back. Every time I enter the office the girls are nice, and always help me, and maintenance came to fix a leak in my apartment and they were ok. I hope I don't have a bad time living here, I was planning on living here for at least two years so I can save money, because the rent is so cheap. I have a 2 rm with 2 baths and its nice and only for $600 a month I don't know any place this cheap that doesn't have roaches infested every where and I havent had a problem so far.I will see...hope everyone is wrong, I spent one year in hell at Statford and thought this would be a lot better, so I will have to see how it goes,I will be updating.
