The noisiest place I have ever lived!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
The walls & floors are paper thin. You can hear everything in all apts. around you. People with stereos blaring at all hours of the night. People with large dogs above you, running across the floors. Sounds like a herd of elephants. You complain to the office & they tell you to call the police. They all are TOO young to handle their jobs. Sorry girls just stating the facts!
