This place has been a Nightmare from day one. The staff treats you like your an idiot, and they can care less about any problems that occur. If they are to be proven wrong for any reason they get worse. My opinion run away from sanford far as you can. gated comunity holds you hostage in a bad situtation. Theft, battery, Rape, Vandalism are all what we experienced in a years lease. Stonebrook will blow smoke up your toot how they are not responsible.
