since i have lived here, i have seen some long over due improvements. the landscaping is alot better than it was when i first moved in. they recently repainted the buildings which helped out alot.
the NOISE however is unbearable!!!There are to many kids running wild. As far as the apt goes, its not that bad for the money. It seems to be reaonable for the area. It could use a face lift in the next couple years.
the front desk staff needs a little work. they dont seem to be very knowlegable in the type of work they are doing. the mgmt and staff seem to keep changing, but it apparently isn't helping the situation. they are all still rude and not very intelligent in my opinion as well as others in the neighborhood.its gotten even worse now. they need to replace all of them if you ask me and in not alone in that!!! the asst manager is just ignorant and unprofessional.
the maintenence staff is okay, the really should learn how to fix things the proper way, not in a way where it works for only a short time. Overall they do an okay job.
