They really try to keep things up.

I just wish they were able to sift out the ones that make this place look bad.
Otherwise its not bad. You have your speeders and breakins once in a while.

If you have kids and they are used to running around outside like most kids are, then don't move here. But compared to other apt complex in and around the area, unless you pay big bucks, this is your best bet.

Fortunatly there are couple cops that are residents here. Makes you feel safer.
