FYI! I would never lie, in fact, we were great tenants- Look at the date when I wrote the first comment. By now, I understand they changed management and put things up to par. When we moved there it was very nice, but turned into the most dangerous, less upkept and unpleasant place where I ever lived.
Everything I wrote is true, and after all the bad reviews, they probably ended up doing something about it because they were losing all the GOOD tenants, (not evicted ones)... I live in Windermere now, and bought a house there... that alone should tell you I have never been evicted.
I personally would never give a bad review just out of spite, and as I give bad reviews, I also take the time to write good ones...
There was crime, drugs, break ins, loud music every single night, the gates were broken every single time they were fixed (when they did fix them) the pool was filthy and even Health Inspection came to check it out. Every thing was vandalized constantly and they never did anything about it.

This Is So True !!!!!!!! They are great when you move in but try make a complaint about something or change apts due to the fact that the rent is now reduced. They will make it almost impossable for this too happen. They would rather lose a good paying tenant or keep them locked in the higher rated apt/unit than to work with them. The old staff that left were great and i wish them the best. The remaining staff & new girls, Property Mgr Jennifer all seem to have a chip on there shoulders & a stick up their butts. They don't give a D@#m about the faithful good paying tenants. Also it seems they are currently allowing anykind of riffraff to live here. Hmmm, so sad !!! A good apt community that once felt like home, now feels like Hell !!!!!!!!!!!! God forbid you mention the word mold in your apt, they will try to make it seem like it's all your fault instead of just addressing the issue at hand!!! They are old apts & these things happen, but come on,,,, WORK WITH US HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And recently a friend who lives in Italy and had a contract there was moving back to Italy and they did NOT let him go in to get HIS ceiling fan that HE bought during his brief stay in the country. Furthermore, our A/C unit was busted the WHOLE time we were there. We had outrageous bills and our unit didn't work- we had to set it to 60 for it to cool the max 80. OH! and the water came out RED from the bathtub (rust). I don't know about now, but I can tell you my stay there was hell on earth. Not to mention when two thugs tried to break down my door and by the time the police mosied on down, they were gone. And like the person above me says, DON'T mention mold or anything for that matter, because they treat you like it's your fault.
