Even after reading all the bad reviews on here about Stonebrook I decided to move in anyway and take my chances. So far it has been a good decision. We are in phase II so everything is relatively new and well-kept. The parking is ample and I feel safe because there are so many lights. The fitness center is nice, open 24 hours a day and usually empty. I love the screened in patio.

The only complaints I have are that I have heard nothing about the pest control we pay for every month. They haven't been by to spray yet. Our apartment didn't come with ANY lights in the bedrooms! There's light switches, but no lights or ceiling fans. When I called about this, I was told that phase II didn't include them and we could purchase/install our own. This is ridiculous! When we move out are we supposed to uninstall them and take them with us' NO I'm sure they expect us to be lazy and leave them. So please ask about this BEFORE you move im.
Also, our toilets don't work very well. Very weak suction. You have to flush several times just to get the TP to go down. The 1st week I was here mine overflowed and the next week my roommate's did the same thing.
