My car windows were bashed in (and the office was no help), had to move apartment units because my first one was covered in roaches with wings, kids run wild in the place, air conditioning works half the time, entrance gates hardly ever work, no security on site (which it is definetly needed), units are extremely over priced for the accomodations, random non-residents walk through the grounds at all times of the night.
There are much better places to live in the surrounding area.
