I have been here one year this month. Never had any problems with the tenants that lived underneath me. Until October 2007 when, a couple moved in below me, and immediately started harrassing me about loud banging noises they heard all night, to include me having sex. As you can understand I was mortified. And moved my room that day to the other bedroom. They tell me they can hear other people having sex too. Theve called the police on my dishwasher, they've called on my washer and dryer, they've called on my TV. Because I have a semi-private entrance, and stairs to go up, everytime I leave my house their door opens as if I am being stalked. It is quite scary as I am a single female living alone to have a door opening behind me when I have my backed turned and I'm leaving. I've even received notice to comply letters from the office. And this is after living there 8 months with absolutely no problems whatsoever. I have spoken to management about this and nothing has been done. I've had my purse stolen out of my car right in front of my door. Crimes is a rampant problem. The back gate is open 24/7 and now they've made it impossible to turn in to use the front gate. Just realize when you are moving into an apartment, you are not moving into a retirement home, and you should take all these things into consideration.

I think the office staff had been friendly. Things happen and it is not a retirement home it is an apartment complex?? Why would you leave your purse out?? The office is doing there job they have to inform you if there is a complaint the samething they would do for you.......
