If you like you kids being sick move here to Stonebrook. If you are considering renting a apartment here just make sure you look at the exterior of the apartment first. This is regarding the old section only, phase I. The exterior siding of the apartment is in such deseperate need of repair that every time it rains the sheetrock gets damp. This is made worse because of the clogged rain gutters (plants growing in some) Also the air conditioner vents have had mold on them before and the musky smell comeing from the air conditioner is so bad that I would rather leave my windows open even in the middle of the day. If any body writes a review on this comment saying it is a false statement it is clearly mgt. Future renter be smart.

we lived in the old part several yrs ago and you are right- when the air worked it was musky and moldy, our power bill was outrageous because it was all out of whack. The water bill was too and the water came out RED (?) I thought they'd get it fixed, apparently not by your comments today.
