I am currently living in stonebrook and I have resided at this complex for about 7 months. I will inform you of the pro's and cons,
Pros: The apartment was pretty quiet until my neighbors moved in 3months ago banging hispanic music loud enough to vibrate the walls. I note this as a pro because the complex was quiet before they cam, but i dont blame stonebrook.
Another pro is the parking which is plentiful.
As for the apartment itself, its ok for an average individual who requires more than a dump but cant afford luxary
I love the walk in closet,Its the best closet I have seen.
I enjoy the vaulted ceilings of the 3rd floor
The amenities seem to be ok. although I didnt parttake in any of them. I see other enjoying themselves.
I received brand new appliances in the aprtment
The screened in lanai is great
The grounds are kept nice although the fountain water in the entrance is green.

Cons: They dont keep promises. I was promised a free accent wall painting of my choice, but never received it.
My rent was never the qouted price. It appeared to be 200 dollars more than what i should be paying.
The complex is gated, but it doesnt keep you out, alot of cars piggy back in order to get in, so the gate is no use.
I do have a problem with spiders in the ceiling cracks
Noises from the planes, and the train can be annoying.
I had my tailpipe stolen, it couldve been at the apartment or not, so i dont blame them, but I dont put it past them either
Stair cases are narrow and hard to maneuver furniture
People speed through the complex, and do not take in consideration the children, dogs, or people running
They is something wrong with the water, because they are always doing something with it. I can tell because when I turn the water on it splurts out and then runs ok. And it does that with all the pipes. Ive had it turned off without notice for 10 minutes. (wasnt due to non payment LOL). Luckily I wasnt washing my hair. I also turned the water on one day to give my nephew a bath and the water came out brown. I dont drink the water here.

Thats all for now. Ill be sure to post at the end of my lease. And no I wont be renewing it.
