Obviously, Sanford, Florida isn't the best place to live. When my boyfriend and I moved down there in 2006 we didn't have time or the money to fly down before hand and check out each place (we lived in Maryland) so we took a friend's word saying that Stonebrook was nice. Is it perfect' Of course not. No place is. But we were extremely lucky that we found such a nice place. The staff was friendly and understanding. Maitenance would come the same day you called them and the apartments were pretty nice. We lived in the older section and it was still very nice. The price is a little steep for a one bedroom, I think, but if you're planning on staying in Sanford, then it's worth it.
