What can I say, I hate AIMCO! The community seems to be doing alot of improvements with the new management taking over. Same great staff that are just sweet. I love living here and haven't had a problem in the 5 months that I have been there. Everyone is so quick to be negative, property management is not an easy job and should take that into consideration.

When shopping apartments, Stonebrook made me feel at home and I didn't get that anywhere else. They are extremely friendly and it was a no brainer to chose them.

Anyone reading this don't believe everything you see, consider the source!

it's not that people are quick to judge. When I lived there it was a total and absolute mess and it was extremely dangerous. I had two guys trying to kick down my door while I was in my house. Property was destroyed on a daily basis, the pool was filthy, etc. It could have changed now, but I lived there several years ago and that was the situation back then. No one is quick to judge, people just tell their experience as you have told yours. Lucky for you, it seems to have gotten better. Thank goodness!
