Not bad for Sanford

I have lived here for 5 months and it's pretty good so far. It's in the "good" part of Sanford, across from the mall. I love my apartment inside, nice and spacious. The noise can be daunting at times. Lots of kids and if they play in the halls (concrete), it's really loud. Ask for a unit in the rear of the building, much more quiet.
Good move-in special, first two months rent-free.
