The place has potential. Apartments are spacious and well laid out. However, too many of the tenants just don't care to keep the grounds clean - No Pride in where they live. The noise level is terribe and goes on all hours of the day and night. Kids run crazy and unsuperised using foul language (of course so do the parents - what do you expect'). Trash everywhere! We never go out after dark for fear of being mugged. Will move first chance we get.
