The rent is great I paid 718 a month for a gigantic 3 bedroom. The apartment it's self are beautiful. the only down fall is that I tried to move out of my apartment to another apartment in the same complex (2 bedroom) due to domestic violence that happened in the home. I asked the lady in the office and she adv that I was not allowed to move out of the apartment because I needed his permission. later I couldn't afford the rent anymore and was evicted from the home
