Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
Apartments are roach-infested, and have paint covering MOLD. Pest control service is a joke. Office staff frequently rude and/or indifferent.
Gates have never worked in this complex. Many areas are poorly lit at night.
This complex is not very safe -- the police log tells all (courtesy of the Orlando Sentinel). Here's what happened March 17-27, 2006, for example:
Old England Loop, 100 block, 2 to 3 p.m. March 20. Blower and hedge trimmer stolen from a car.
Old England Loop, 300 block, 8 p.m. March 21 to 7 a.m. March 22. Stolen car.
Old England Loop, 300 block, 8 p.m. March 17 to 7 a.m. March 18. Attempted auto theft.
Old England Loop, 500 block, 8 p.m. March 17 to 8 a.m. March 18. Radio stolen from a car.
Old England Loop, 700 block, 8 p.m. March 21 to 7 a.m. March 22. Stolen car.
Old England Loop, 1200 block, March 17-18. Wallet stolen from a car.
Old England Loop, 1500 block 8 p.m. March 21 to 7 a.m. March 22. Stolen car.
Old England Loop, 400 block, 8 a.m. March 27. Stolen tag.
So, you still want to live here'
