I lived in Stratford Point for over 4 years (the gated actually worked back then). I've watched in change so drastically, so quickly. Management is of no help, hell, they're not even there long enough to know anyones name. The turn over rate is so high that it's ridiculous.
Their really is dog poop everywhere. I witnessed the woman on the 3rd floor let her dog do his business in the grass every morning on my way to work. When she saw someone coming she'd yank him to his proper pooping place. Trash is everywhere, and if I had a dollar for every cigarette butt that was outside along the walkway of my building I swear I wouldn't have to work anymore. Not to mention the guy across from me who lurked around late at night, doing only God knows what. I know that the apartment is huge (biggest I've seen in the area), and the complex seems to be "DECENT" when you're taking a tour (note: the kids are in school). Stratford Point is not for the working class, only convicted felons and Section 8 recipients are the ones who truly call that place home.

I agree so much I lived there two yrs and management isnt there long enough to know who is who they have no type of customer service at all. There reponds to everything is that we are swamped with everything ..
