Yeah I was a tenant there for a year and it was hell on earth...and I was not kicked out or I did not just leave my apartment. I left the way I was supposed to and with Glee. I even got my deposit back.Which was a shock. I should have known the first day I drove around the property..It looked like a seen from colors and I don't mean anything about race, I mean about it looking like the hood. Every one hanging in their stairwells eyeing me like I was about to be jumped. yeah and like an idiot I still moved in. Let me say the worst mistake ever. Roaches everywhere, Bad, horrible, ungodly neighbors having sex in the cars and everything, yeah I won't even start about that. I mean right before I moved there was a stabbing there. I don't wish my worst enemies to move there. I moved to Seminole Pointe As soon as I new my lease was coming to an end. I have been here for almost 4 months and I feel like a ton of bricks were taken off my shoulders. Quiet is what I hear at Seminole Pointe, no burglaries, or hang outs.I am happy to say that I live here, not in Stratford, I never would even invite anyone to my apartment when I lived there, it was infested.
I had a get together at my new apartment and all my friends loved the apartment,I was proud for the first time in a year.

DO NOT GO HERE.... any good comments about this place are written only by the management office to keep their percent recommendation higher. I say honestly if you are considering this place just take a drive at night through here , and you will turn the other way. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
