This place is ridiculous. They don't let you see the apartment until you sign the lease (my first big mistake), please don't call in a work order to have something fixed, you'd be better off doing it yourself. Single ladies, please watch DIY network before you move here. The person who came to fix my sink twice, the garbage disposal , and the faucet told me he wasn't the maintancee man, so who was this person I wonder'...My items are still in desperate need of repair. Whoever that was only made the problem worse. The maintance people live in the complex, taking up 5 to 6 parking spots with broken down racing cars which if would have belonged to a tenant would have been towed many months ago. There's a camper in which people live or sleep in...(I wonder do they pay the complex rent)....good question, when you call the office, the office manager is not helpful at all. She's usually too busy having lunch, every time I've walked in there, no matter the time, its meal time.If someone knows the corporate office, they need to post it loud and clear, I've went up there to get this information, only to be half heartedly helped, and with the wrong telephone number, complete with a half address at that. My car has been vandalized twice since I've been here. I've repeatedly asked for the pest guy to come, he showed up once, maybe twice in 2 lease cycles. i am so dissapointed by this apartment complex, and the quality of life being led here. I pray every day for my lease to hurry up be up to be able to find decent housing for my children.These people need to be reported to some form of housing authority.
