I was a tenant for a year and 9 months,The staff is not very helpful and usually very rude. Everyday around three they lock up the office and have beer thirty in the back office. Maintenance men(and I use the term loosely)came multiple times to fix things and never quite finished. My dishwasher broke a month after move in, and was still broke when I moved out. You can trade the head maintenance man a case of beer for free cable. Parking was a nightmare, people from other buildings always parked in front of my apartment. My Neighbors car was stolen twice. The location is alright, if you don't mind living walking distance from the projects. I wouldn't reccomend my worst enemy live here.... and wost of all the managerwont't give tenants the number to corporate when they ask. I'd like to post it here for them.
