I have lived in Town Centre Apartments for a couple of years now and don't understand how this complex has gotten such bad ratings from others on this website. I have never had a problem with the maintance staff not fixing an issue and wonder if the people who are complaining just didn't go about the problem correctly. you have to call a work order in to the office not just stop someone on there way to work to complain. Also, you have to understand that not everything can be fixed the same day. The staff has always been polite to me when I have come in and always seem to want to help me with any issues that I may have. Of course there is a problem finding parking directly in front of your building sometimes but there is always a parking space nearby. I understand that there have been some issues with vandalism and breaking into people's cars but that is life in sanford...you knew what part of town you were in when you showed up and need not take that for granted. overall the apartment complex has been an enjoyable place to live for me and my family.
