I have only been living here for a few months and I must say I am a little disappointed. During the walk-thru, everything seemed so clean and well maintained. As soon as I get comfortable here, the upstairs toilet leaks into my appartment, the water heater breaks, there are piles of leaves out in front of my building and porch(a haven for snakes and other critters which come onto my porch from time to time), and the ceiling is falling down in the bathroom shower. Some of these they have fixed, but I have been asking to have the leaves raked up for some time now. The landscapers come regularly and trim hedges and cut the grass, but will not rake up leaves that are at least 6 inches deep. Honestly! Most of the property is nice though and the people seem to care. Maybe it's just me. Oh yeah, the main lake is very nice.
