Things I didnt like while living there:
-loundry card can be recharged in the office ONLY (office is closed after 5:30 and on Sundays)
-2 month move-out notice
-waited over a month for deposit refund
-office charged me for their correspondence send to me
-moved out after seeing new lease prices: got me a nice gated condo at Lake Mary for slightly higher price

Overall: property is not well maintained, management does not care about tenants, office staff has attitude and charged me every time they had a chance, no break here. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

Living here is a joke and I hate to say this, but we are stuck here for financial reasons at this time. Have had bad expierence with the staff and well the maintenance here is the worst. The joy ride in their golf carts and even go and get their afterwork drinks in the golfcart. They ride around saying they are doing their light checks at night while drinking on their suds. I don't know if corporate know what is going on but if they do that prove that you are living in the slums. I have heard so many complaints about the condition of the apartments and it seems that the just put a big bandage on everything. There have been alot of car thefts and breakins. There have been some other incedents that are had to believe but I have seen them at fist hand. The management here really don't know all the rules of bond prperties and as the old saying goes they are just faking it to keep their jobs. They have bad mold problems and leakage but I must say the maintenence is the worst. In my oppinion you are take your life in hands by moving here so my warnings is move in at your own risk.
