parking lot: not enough light
car broken into
not enough parking places at nite

Electric: found out we were paying someone else electric and no one had been paying ours

staff: called and told them that sink was broke and said that it wasnt important. are not very well qualified about problems in units

water: they have ONE main meter for all units, they guess at how much you spend by the amount of people in the unit
