Well when we toured our apartment, there was mold everywhere. under the sinks, in the cabinets, drawers, pantry etc... we went and told the manager, and shes like what' so she walked with us to the apartment to see, we get into the kitchen to show her and the maintenance people had spray painted over the mold!!!!!! lucky we took pictures! they said, "oh, the paint will kill it. there is no air for it to breathe" are you serious!!! we were like no, i dont think so. so the other solution they gave us was to get a wood board, cut it to size, spray paint it, and put it there. its ridiculous. also, when we went to put in the stackable washer/dryer, the pipe was leaking. i got a little disgusted because i saw what i thought was a nest of some bug in the corner of the hookup area. turns out there was a leak, they put a wad of paper towels there, and spray painted over it. yes, you read that right. spray paint. over a wad of wet paper towels. to fix a leak. there is spray paint over the water heater thing in the panty.
the sink still leaks. the toilet was always running, they said there was nothing wrong with it. the ac was missing a pipe so the water was running onto the floor. the ac does not cool right and they insist it is perfectly fine. which is not true because my husband is an ac specialist for a living. and they refuse to fix it.
there were patched up holes in the walls all over the place. they tell you that they have venetian style cabinets which really translates into really old disgusting filthy yellow brown cabinets from 1964. there is no storage space in the kitchen. there is roaches everywhere, even though we clean clean clean and there is never any food out.
they told us when we moved in that they were fixing the property up. lie. they did something to the pool area and a new deck. but there is a panel of the deck rail where you would hold onto it that is sticking up with giant nails sticking out. its been that way for about 5 months now. and i mean sticking up, not just a little, its up a lot. could really hurt a kid.
the trash dumpsters is always full. to the point where there is a huge pile on the ground next to it. its disgusting.
there is no light in the parking lot. the only light is one or two lamps placed here and there and the lights on the outside of the building. it is really dark.
one resident was actually having a yard sale on the sidewalk. so it looked extra trashy. that went on for about a week.
parking space is ok. but people like to work on there cars in the front of the building, instead of on the side where noone parks. the lady downstairs has like 3 cars she doesnt drive which could be parked on the side but takes up 3 spaces where people could park instead.
the people are weird. i think my neighbor to the right is either a serial killer or a pedophile. really weird dude. kind of a stalker. seriously.
and when something breaks, which wont be long after you move in, it takes forever to get it fixed. i was cleaning the kitchen one day, i was scrubbing the sink and the faucet and the faucet handles. they were caked with nasties. and i was cleaning the handles and they broke right in half!!! it took about a week to get another one. and they only replaced the handles. then about 3 months later i turned on the water and got a shot in the eye from the long part of the faucet because it started leaking out the side. took about another week. we had to renew our lease unfortunately because we had no money to move. but once this one is up again i dont care if i live in a box im moving! washer and dryer connections only available in 2/3 bedroom.

please, if you have a brain at all, do NOT move here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you will regret it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
