The place is a total ghetto.....there are many car thefts and the management and maintenance are totally unqualified that will lie to you about coming to repair things.Recently there has been a cockroach infestation due to the fact that they don't do pest control.They show in the brochure that there is a sauna and a raquet ball court..these are being used for storage. You get a key to the laundry room but the doors are broken and if you are not there watching your laundry they will get stolen !The landscaping is horrific---and there is total lack of respect from the management staff. It is not unusual to visit an apartment with ..get this ...painted counter tops, holes in walls and ceilings and carpet that is completely worn out!In some of the units where there has been water damage you can see the mold crowing along the baseboards ! If you are upgrading from living in the project then this is a small step up !
