I agree that the apartment complex itself is older, needs work but you are paying for what you get. The apartments are basic but again you get what you pay for. The rent is affordable especially for those on a tight bugdet. I would rather live in a complex with more admenities but until I finish school this is good. I have never had any problem with the management. If moving in I would suggest asking to move in the front of the complex. It is quieter and less issues. I have lived here a year and haven't had any problems.
