top 10 reasons not to move to westlake apts.
1. management staff not helpful
2. Your packages are only kept in office for
two days and then sent back.
3. Spiders take refuge in stair wells due to neglegence of maintence
4. Cars towed in the PM hours without 24 hours notice. then brought back with barely an apology
5. When signing the lease they seem helpful and kind. Then you recieve nasty grams on your door, and show a lack of respect.
6. When trying to renew lease after two years of residency only one month of free rent was awarded instead of the advertised 2 months free (see 5.)
