Almost Everything is great! They have valet trash and all you have to do is put your trash inside this cool looking bench thing and someone comes and picks it up for you throughout the week. They have night security men as well as a gate. The management has always been super nice to us even after we moved in. When we have a problem, they try and solve it as fast as they can. They are very nice inside as well as out. Parking is horrible though, hardly ever can find a good spot or atleast in the area I live in. Also, they now have a tow truck that will tow your car away if your parked where you are not suppose to be (handycap and your not OR if your parked where it says no parking) We have never received a bad letter before. They put monthly nwesletters on your door so you will know if anything special is going on at the apartments and it has different facts in it. Packages are held for acouple of days b/c they get too many of them. If it came postal then you will find a note the day it arrives in your mailbox. If it came FedEx or UPS, sometimes they will come to your apartment and sometimes they will just go to the clubhouse (NOT Westlakes fauht though) Price is alittle high, but it's an overall wonderful place.
