WestLake Apartment owned by Lincoln Property Company is a terrible place to reside at because one certainly can?t live there! They will out and out lie to you for you to sign a lease, I experienced it first hand! When I moved into the place experienced how poor the construction is and how incompetent the managers and the falsehood of how their commitment is with ?Exceeding your Expectations.? The garages are built into the apartment buildings and when they open and close you will feel and hear it. When I resided there the place was brand new and within the year of hell, they went through four managers. I hear they have gone through even more' Please don?t waste your time checking this place out you will live to regret ever signing your life away for your term of the lease. Also if you happen to reside there and would like to complain about their false advertising call the Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-FTC-HELP (1 877-382-4357) The more people complaint the more chance that they won?t be able to keep lying to you.
I did try complaining to the Better Business Bureau but have found that once your company is a member that they can do no wrong and will not help. They even list with the Lincoln Property Company that all complains have satisfactorily been resolved when I can tell you they have not! If WestLake apartment used truth with advertising it would be called WestLake ?Gates of Hell? Apartments.
