Many physical improvements to the community in recent months, but you may as well move into a UCF Dorm. They don't screen your neighbors, many of which are students, who insist on partying in the common areas, blaring their musoc in parking lots, fighting, much of which occurs after 10pm, when they are well and primed from a night of drinking. Management has done little to encourage other behavior. There used to be security, which I am not even sure if they still have here. We called a couple months ago due to a physical altercation that was taking place in the hallway at 2am only to get no response. There also appears to be several Section 8's that live in the community, which just brings it's appeal even further down. As I write this my nieghbors are outside, slamming trash can lids and shouting vulgarities....and it's 1:30 in the morning
