Great apartment, lousy environment! Parking is terrible. There is guy that has a garage unit and runs a auto paint and body shop. It is annoying and the paint fumes are terrible. He starts early on the weekends and his compressor just runs all day. The maintenance guys talk to him all the time so I guess it is ok to run a paint shop without proper licensing and exhaust in a residential multifamily dwelling. NO SECURITY! One night a bunch of PEOPLE (4 cars) parked at the end of the circle and had a jamfest (rattling the windows)for 2 hrs at midnight one night. The front gates never work and the grounds just don't seem to be picked up. I hope it gets better soon! A place with tons of potential but will probably be an underperformer so it's just another apartment.
