These assclowns lie to you from the beginning they say maintenance will be gone in a month..5 months later there still here taking up valuable parking and they have every garage taking with there stuff..try and find an English speaker.haha good luck with that. Spanish and black people and white people who think there black roaming around like its Compton.People have no respect especially the minorities..You have to park 1/2 miles away because there inst enough parking and...Pretty much this place is a hell hole and the management lie to you just to get you to sign up..I would do everything possible not to live here and go somewhere else and tell as many people as you know to tell west lake to ---- off!

Wow... I believe that this person must be from the management company! You're response is doing nothing but blowing smoke up people's asses. First of all, you obviously do not live in building 10. I have to park about 3 buildings away at night and walk in the near pitch black to my apartment... it's dangerous and I have had to call the cops several times for people following me, etc. Also, maintenance does not finish anything in a timely manner.. and until they take up all of your parking spaces by your apartment, then you can talk. Not to mention how they do nothing but congregate by the garages of this building and people watch all day... they are lazy and I believe they are unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy.. I know several people that live here, all of which are unhappy.. It baffles me how anyone could defend this place so much without being part of the management company.

HEY!!!!! I HEAR U ON THAT W/THE PARKING. THEN WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN TO THE OFFICE THEY TOLD ME BASICALLY TO GET OVER IT AND THEY COULDNT DO ANYTHING...ATLEAST BS ME AND SAY ILL TRY TO LOOK IN TO IT. THEN I TALKED TO SOMEONE FROM BUILDING 2 AND THEY SAID "OH REALLY WHEN WE SIGNED THE LEASE THEY PROMISED AND AGAIN I SAY PROMISED AMPLE PARKING NEARBY UR BLD." IM SRY LIVING IN BLD 10 AND PARKING BY BLD 8 AND TENNIS CRTS IS NOT AMPLE. MOVE THE DAMN TRASH CANS..... AND THE BOBCAT!!!

I could not agree with you more!!! Building 10 is a complete nightmare, and aside from the parking issue, I can never get to my apartment anyway because the ------- maintanance guys park 10 vehicles right infront of my stairs.. esp. when it rains! I went to management about all of this last week and they said that maintanance would be out of the building this week... although I was told that 6 months ago so I dont believe it yet.
