The rent is VERY expensive, and definitly not worth it. We had a major bug problem, roaches, spiders, silverfish you name it we had it. Our water heater leaked water really bad, ruined our furniture all they said was there was nothing they could do about it, then when we moved out charged us for the mold that was caused from it. The parking is terrible. We could never find a parking space, we had to park in other buildings and walk all the way around. Everyone in the office was rude whenever you needed anything. When we moved exactly a year later they charged for every little thing, the tiny marks on the walls and carpets, but when we moved someone had came to inspect it and said everything was very clean. Also charged us for cleaning the apartment, but when we moved out we made sure to completely clean EVERYTHING. People were very noisy and having parties at all times of the night, people never picked up after their pets. Was not happy with apartments at all.

parking is terrible i live in building 9 and can't park cause everyone in 10 parks in 9. Also the water here is dangerous not healthy! Smells like pure bleach I complained to office and they said no one has ever complained about that. The sprinklers are on 10 times a day ever wonder why your water bill is extremely high! You pay the water they waste.I've seen lots of complaints about --------- but no one talks about the white boys who tread tires around the complex with their monster trucks and wanna be sport cars playing music that says "I am a red neck kill the ------" at 3am. You know I caught on 3 seperate occassions 3 different white people smoking crack in the parking lot at different times of day. What about the whites boys who live in here and sell coke,meth,and weed. I made several complaints to the office stating who they were but the office doesnt care. Also you can't do work on your car here but people do in garages!They paint them strip them nobody cares. Management tells you,you have a new carpet but its old. You tell them to take off their shoes when they come in so you can keep your carpet clean but thats a safety issue to them. I don't wear shoes in my house but they can, go figure! They ---- up your carpet and you pay not them. Tell them AC needs freon or that the bedroom is not getting cold they tell you, you have to keep all doors open in the apartment so the air can circulate who has ever heard of that. If there is an ac vent in every room it should't matter if you keep the bed room door closed. Also what happened to the rent going up 25.00 a year like everywhere else. Here its 100.00 when you sign a lease again how do they justify that. Before I signed my lease again I asked 3 months in advance what it would be cause i heard the rumors, they couldn't answer me until 1 month before it was up leaving me no time to really do what i wanted without paying any penalties thats their way to get you to stay or ---- you if you leave. They didn't contact me I had to be on their case for a response, also everytime I go in the office you have to really speak up to be heard or get ignored...They would never speak to any resident about any problem while they were conning possible future residents. They'd just brush you off and rush you out the office. Even the residents here can not follow rules they tailgate at the gate having gate cards but rather be on your ass! My conclusion to this is I take my time so the gate closes on their car! People get in the pool and jacuzzi at night with no clothes on their always ------- in the pools at night! thats nasty kids play in there during the day! Also how about the -------s who smoke in the pool while kids are there! The rent a cop is good but thats just so the office could have another person to direct those issues to so they don't deal with it...GOOD LUCK CALLING COURTESY OFFICER I'M STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK FROM THEM 6 MONTHS AGO!!!!!! I decided to adopt a puppy, the shelter called the complex to make sure it was ok. The complex was told exactly what breed the dog was (LAB) staff said it was ok. I went out and purchased everything for the puppy. Next day before going to pick up the puppy the shelter calls me to say they called again to verify before the dog was out of their hands, another staff member told them that kind of breed was not allowed here (vicious breed) A LAB COME ON,ok. I called the office to ask what was the problem why first they said yes and then no. They could not answer that Paige said he would have the manager contact me regarding this issue she never did. I called back the next day asking if they were going to reimburse me for everything I had purchased for the dog, and again I was told management would contact me. 8 MONTHS LATER NO ONE EVER RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM, Then again you see pitbulls and other vicious dogs with no muzzles or leashes and let them ---- all over the place without cleaning up. People here don't know how to park taking one parking space, they have to take 2 or park croocked or park on top of your car hitting your vehicle, denting and scratching it. People have tried to steal my car in here they were petty thieves unsuccessful now I sleep with a AR-15 by my bed and window waiting for the ------- to come back I have a nice surprise for him. HAHAHAHA There are no closets in these apartments, if you need a storage closet or garage you have to pay extra. New people come in here and get them for free. They should be able to provide us with the same they are providing new people, we were new here once too one year ago and did not any special treatment. How about Kera the old manager speeding through the parking lot at 8:30am to get to the office almost smacking my wife in the car, but apparently it was ok for her to do it. Or how about Chelsea driving a golf cart at 11:30pm on a saturday night drinking a beer also almost hitting my car while supposively working to check an apartment disturbance. No one cares about the people getting high on the other side of the wall by the woods at night, which I believe affects us also. Instead of complaining to the office which never rectifies anything give the corporate office a call in Massachusetts to get your problems solved just call the office and ask for the number there, they shouldn't have a problem giving that out. What us residents should do is call problem solvers, exploit them on the news and everyone sign a petition to file a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT against Westlake Apartments You'll see how fast things will change. I just have so much to say but no enough space to say. And for those racist against --------- and ------ open your eyes and take a look around, white people here are just as or even worse than the ones they speak about. GROW UP IF YA HAVEN'T NOTICED WE MAKE THE WORLD GO ROUND, YA JUST MAD YA CAN'T SPEAK THE LANGUAGE AND YOUR KIDS ARE LEARNING IT IN SCHOOL AND BRING IT HOME TO YOU!!!! THE NEWYORKER CAME OUT IN ME!!!!!!! IF YOU NEED A REALTY CHECK ON LIFE TAKE A TRIP TO NEW YORK CITY LEARN AND LIVE IT BEFORE YOU SPEAK.. I THINK THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE USE THE TANNING SALON MORE THE RESIDENTS AND WHOSE PAYING FOR IT US NOT THEM. P.S FOR THE ------- THAT DRIVES THE SILVER F-150 IN CHARGE OF LANDSCAPING, STREETS IS WATCHING IDIOT AND BELIEVE THERE IS SOMEBODY OUT THERE TOUGHER THAN YOU SO DON'T THINK YOU'RE UNTOUCHABLE.
