I've been here for 1 year unfortunately, I'll be moving out soon thank god.
This place is a ---- hole they clean their faces but not their asses. The stairways/breezeways are disgusting bugs, roaches everywhere. When you complain they act like they have no clue what you're talking about. I've complained about that for about 5 months now and nothing has been done. I got bit by a bug ended up going to the hospital what did management have to say - nothing but, DUH THE STUPID FACES THATS IT. That's ok I have pictures of everything dated back to when the complains were given. Also, to those putting down --------- that live here, its funny how every complain regarding noise or cleanliness has been because of a white person not a hispanic sorry to burst a lot of bubbles here. Couple months ago lights went out by blg 9, I was pregnant and did not feel safe walking to my apartment alone @9pm. I complained about it several times nothing was done, lights were out for almost a month. Funny how once I contacted code enforcement lights were working 2 days later. Things you have to do to get what you pay for. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Another thing I pay 885.00 for a 1 bedroom while my neighbor pays 895.00 for a 2 bedroom what's wrong with this picture. That's all I have to say for now, but Im pretty sure my husband has alot more to add.

I agree with you 100%. I live in the building nextdoor and have had nothing but problems as well. The mold is unreal in the halls and stairways. I also pay quite a bit for a one bedroom while a friend of mine pays only about $10 more a month. Section 8 housing I wonder?? Management are a bunch of incompetent fools who do NOTHING when you have a complaint. Enjoy being free from the hell, I have awhile left to go...
