I dont know what everyone is complaining about. We have a small 1 bed apart ground floor with garage , no one bothers us, they leave us notes on when the will be entering our apartment to make certain we are not caught off guard. There is a security guard posted at 8 at night so un welcomed visitiors do not come in unnoticed. I have had people bang around up above me but WHAT DO U EXPECT its and apartment people are on all 4 sides and if you dont like it get a house. I have spoken to my neighbors and they have all calmed down. When something has broken in are aparment it only takes them 1 day to come out and fix it as well as the ladies up front are very nice and were are renewing our lease

I find it highly convenient and coincidental that this shows up right on the heels of the most recent negative reviews ... just like all of the other 'positive' reviews of this place.
I'm sorry to say, but this 'review' just smells like office staff in disguise.

Lol , no this is not this office staff i live in apartment in the front corner so i am a real person if you do want to speak with me in person i will gladly tell you about this place in person. Theres noise issues everywhere what im saying is this place is not as bad as other such as stratford Point which you come home to gun shots as well as police in the parking lot every other night.

Yet its 110 in the morning and we have yet to been asleep. The dogs are out of control and barking as I type. Somewhere in this building it was battle of the bass between the mariachi and techno music i'm ready to scream, infact I did. Several times but no one could hear me. Does anyone know the city ordiance for animals? I thought you could only have 2 pets here? I know for a fact now that our neighbors have 2 very out of control large dogs and have added at least 1 more little dog and I know I heard maybe yet another little dog plus they have a cat, so I know for sure they have 4 animals and suspicious 5 or 6. Suprisingly enough they actually walked 1 dog today, but they usually will leave those animals there for several days at a time alone and I can hear the animals tearing up the place and furniture crashing to the floor, constant barking. I witnessed this dog try to go after a woman and her baby today, of course the woman who owns the dog that has no control yanked and choked the dog with all her might. Apparently that's the new dog whispering I missed out on? We are animal lovers and I try not to blame the animals for the owners lack of courtesy or humane awareness.
In regards to the excessive amount of animals I thought you have to have a commercial license to have that many animals and regular inspections, because it's considered a heard/pack of dogs. Not to mention everytime she goes outside on her cell phone to smoke when she goes down the stairs it shakes my wall and my bed, its that loud and that ridiculous.
FYI i'm afraid to post anymore my car was vandalized a day or so after my original post so that adds to more expenses that were not needed living here, along with the hotel bills.
To the previous poster; i'm glad you found a good place. I only wish we had a haven too (no there was no sarcasim intended). We not only have noise issues here, we now have reptile issues to add along to the noise, spiders, trash etc. There have been at least 3 different lizards that have crawled up our sink drains.. not thrilled!! We looked at an apt in Kissimmee across from Disney Cast Parking, the apt was infested with frogs, lizards, dead frogs and roaches and low and behold that's where I discovered..where there are lizards and frogs.. there are snakes! So we are now waiting for the snake to follow suit. My coworker informed me she is having similar problems at another complex and had a snake in her tub. (We do NOT open our windows at all! and we don't leave our door open). We witnessed the creature emerge from the sink, another from a different sink and third from the bathtub. It's pointless advising mgmt, they seem to not care.
