What a great place to live!

I spent a great deal of time driving around the sanford neighborhood searching for a building with character and amenities. westlake definitely was a great find and I'm actually disappointed to be leaving.

The 2BR units are very spacious with separate full kitchens, eating area, bathroom & closets, they feel like a three-bedroom. There is so much built-in storage and closet space. On the third floor, I had a lake view which was a wonderful urban .

The appliances were new and fully functioning. It's nice to have a garbage disposal. Within the first two weeks of moving-in, almost everyone. It's a rare and pleasant surprise to 'know' your neighbors!

Alex, the manager, ROCKS! She is so friendly and knows everyone by name! He even organizes get-togethers for holidays and other special events so you have even more opportunities to get to know each other. This makes the place super-safe and very comfortable. All of my needs were taken care of, although there were no maintenance concerns to report while I was there!

It's definitely not a contemporary building, but if you care about whom you're living with and appreciate character and a creative atmosphere, this is most definitely the place for you!
