My brother and I moved into an apartment on the third floor. at 12:30 we were in the living room and heard kids screaming. They were maybe 8 on the third floor playing and bouncing a BASKETBALL!!! what the hell' I went outside and told them to go down stairs. The next morning my brother wakes up to go to work, and the car he had just bought a few months earlier was spray painted on in gold curse words and one of the tires had been flattened. a few days later someone wrote dope boy magic on his hood with permanent marker. My neighbor would have parties with his front door open until 4am. And they tried to charge me because my carpet was damaged when I moved out. The carpet had to be at least 4 years old. with stains everywhere, and the smell of cat urine! My apartment was also never cleaned. There was egg and cooked food and random things on the side and behind the oven, and inside where the air conditioner was the filter was very old, and there were older filters just thrown in there.
