Not worth the money..

The outside appearance is nice the floorplans are nice. The staff is nice. But the walls are paper thin. You will hear everything upstairs, beside you, on the sidewalks out your window, in the parking lot. You can hear everything, in my opinion you pay way to much money to live in such a poorly constructed building. It is wood contructed, you hear people just talking in the stair way going upstairs perfect in your living room or bedroom. They don't even need to be talking loudly and you can hear every word. I've worked contruction in my past for over 10 years so I have had some experience with housing structures. If I find a home to purchase I will pay the steep penalty to break my lease it would be worth it to me.
