Admirals Walk

I lived here for 16 months...we did get an extension after management tried to tell us we had to leave at lease end (condo conversion)...good thing I kept the fla condo laws which clearly stated we were allowe a 9 month extension if necessary! Anyway..the constructions is terrible!! You can hear casual conversation and anything else including "bedtime activities" very clearly!! Water pressure was horrible anytime! The sprinklers smell like rotten eggs so you get to enjoy that lovely aroma. The "lake" is filthy covered in scum. Once they started the conversion we lost the heated pool (still pool...but no longer heated)...the jacuzzi was usually colder than the pool, the business center was taken away, the game/billiard room taken away, kids play room taken away yet we are still expected to pay full rent and not a minute late! STaff was rude and snobbish. I do have to say that prior to conversion the maintenance men were fantastic...plesant folks and knew what they were doing. And for a "luxury apt life"...you pay extra and we got to witness a stabbing, a drunk throw up in the pool, a fight w/bottles being smashed under our apt window and a few back of the trunk drug transactions. below where we check safeness.....yes well lit, in fact its like having a search light glaring into your window at nite :) I say PASS!!!!!!!!!
