The on site manager who is also a board member and getting paid. She thinks its her private domain and her fellow flunkies several of whom have been foreclosed on, so her circle is getting smaller! When she is removed from her position the units values will go up, as well as the quality of life , then i would not hesitate to live there

The people in the office are very rude and I think they find any reason they can to close the office b/c it is never open!

No kidding!! I can't believe that Wendy gets paid to stay at home and ride her bike around the complex. Everyone is completely in the dark about her and has been fooled! We are on our 5th office person for the year already. What is she doing to these poor people?? Awful, horrible property manager - I ahte to even give her that title!!
