I was told by a fellow owner that the reviews for AdmiralsWalk were sliding into a very sad place ,When i bought my condo here my intent was to rent it till i could retire, at first i had no problems renting.
Then a new board came in and decided to run it and pay themselves they fired the professional management firm , which is now sueing the association and costing us a small fortune in legal fees! But thats just the tip of the iceberg they have made it so miserable to live there that no one want to rent or buy there! My unit has been empty for 9 months i dropped my rate for a 2 bedroom to 800.00 a month and still no takers. I have gone into the public tax records and have found almost 40 condo have been foreclosed! my 2 bedroom i bought for 295.000 , i have read that one sold for 60,500$ almost 225 thousand less then i paid, I have friends who bought in other communities whos condo have fallen 10 - 15% why is the Admirals Walk fallen so low?
I think we who own and live there know the answer, UNTIL THEY GET A NEW BOARD AND NEW MANAGEMENT IT WILL GO ON....
